Just a clear plan before you spend a single dollar.

Here’s what usually makes the cut: fresh paint, updated fixtures and hardware, yard cleanup, deep clean and declutter.

What usually doesn’t: full kitchen remodel, complete bathroom gut. New floors. ...and honestly, 9 times out of 10, I’m going to tell you to skip it.

And if you don’t want to do anything, that works too.

Every home and situation is different. The plan should be too.
